The landscaping around this home is absolutely beautiful, and protecting it during the removal of the old roof was critical. We also replaced multiple low efficiency skylights with Columbia flat glass – Low E Skylights.

Athlone Street - Residential Roof Replacement The Moire Black colour from Certainteed’s Landmark Premium line was chosen for the re-roofing of this large two storey Vancouver home. This dark colour choice is a nice contrast against the light exterior colour of the house.  Of the "40 year" variety shingles on the market, we have found that Landmark Premium is the thickest, giving it more of a natural shadow line that some of their competitor’s products.

Tanglewood Lane - Residential Roof Replacement: This beautifully situated home was re-roofed using the CertainTeed Presidential TL product in the color Country Grey. The Presidential is an ultra heavy lifetime rated asphalt shingle. The design of the shingle offers a dimensional appearance similar to that of cedar shake.
